
Hours after the announcement of the dying of distinguished Southern Baptist preacher Voddie Baucham Jr. on Thursday, there was an outpouring of condolences and devoted celebration on-line, marking him as a person of substance who defended the reality of the Gospel and the function of males in society.
The late preacher, Founders Ministries board member, creator and former dean of theology at African Christian College in Zambia, died on the age of 56 after a years-long wrestle with coronary heart illness.
“We’re saddened to tell pals that our pricey brother, Voddie Baucham, Jr., has left the land of the dying and entered the land of the residing. Earlier in the present day, after struggling an emergency medical incident, he entered into his relaxation and the quick presence of the Savior whom he liked, trusted, and served since he was transformed as a school scholar,” Voddie Baucham Ministries introduced on social media Thursday, citing Psalm 116:15. “Valuable within the sight of the Lord is the dying of his saints.”
