In our present state of life, religion is a necessity. We serve a God whom we can’t see with our bodily eyes and the Bible tells us we’d like religion as a result of we can’t come to God with out first believing that he exists (Heb. 11:6). Nonetheless, religion is barely essential as a result of what we’re believing for has not occurred but. We all know that heaven is our future residence and till we attain it, we now have religion realizing that after we go from this life, we are going to go to be with the Lord eternally.
Whereas we consider this, we now have not skilled it but. Our religion is the hope that bridges that hole between what we now have prayed for and believed, and the time when these issues will come to go. After we get to heaven, the conclusion of every little thing we now have believed will shift and, at that time, our religion will grow to be sight. Each day, we expertise gentle and darkness. The solar rises within the morning, bringing with it the hope and expectation of a brand new day. Within the night the solar units, and we relaxation, hopefully having made that day a productive one. This cycle will proceed so long as this earth exists. However this isn’t what we are going to expertise in heaven. We’ll reside eternally within the gentle of the glory of God, which is a lightweight that far outshines this midday day solar.
On some mornings I drive my daughter to highschool and after we make the flip in the direction of the varsity, the sunshine of the morning solar is blinding. I can solely think about what the sunshine of God’s glory can be like. But sooner or later we are going to know, and we are going to by no means expertise darkness once more.
