David broke three of the Ten Commandments in simply this one setting. He coveted one other man’s spouse, dedicated adultery together with her, and murdered the person to cowl his sin. After being confronted along with his sin and informed he would undergo a four-fold consequence, David begged for mercy and forgiveness in Psalm 51. God did forgive Him and restored to him one other son for the one he misplaced due to his infidelity.
