The Reward of Unshakable Peace

“I’m leaving you with a present—peace of thoughts and coronary heart. And the peace I give is a present the world can’t give. So don’t fret or afraid.” – John 14:27 (NLT)

We reside in a world full of tension, uncertainty, and stress. Peace typically feels out of attain—fleeting, fragile, or depending on every little thing going proper. However Jesus affords one thing radically completely different: the present of unshakable peace.

This peace isn’t tied to outward circumstances. It doesn’t rely upon our success, consolation, or readability concerning the future. Jesus offers peace that holds regular when life shakes. It’s peace of thoughts and coronary heart—a deep inside calm that endures by means of loss, ready, disappointment, and even chaos.

When Jesus first spoke these phrases, His disciples had been about to face confusion, concern, and sorrow. He knew the highway forward wouldn’t be straightforward. But He assured them: My peace is with you. Not a short lived repair or shallow consolation, however a divine present—stable, regular, and rooted in His presence.

What makes His peace unshakable?

  1. It’s not of this world.
Jesus mentioned, “The peace I give is a present the world can’t give.” Nothing on this world can duplicate it, and nothing can destroy it.
  2. It’s grounded in who He’s.
This peace comes from realizing that Jesus is in management, that He loves us, and that He’s all the time with us.
  3. It strengthens us to face something.
We’re not promised a straightforward path—however we’re promised His peace alongside the way in which. And that adjustments every little thing.

So when Jesus says, “Don’t fret or afraid,” He’s not providing a pep discuss. He’s providing His presence. His peace. A present freely given to those that belief Him.

A Easy Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for the present of Your unshakable peace. Educate me to relaxation in You when my coronary heart feels anxious or afraid. Assist me to belief You extra every day, and to stroll within the calm confidence that You might be close to. I obtain Your peace now. Amen.
